Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using EasyTick, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Use of the Platform

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or host events.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• Do not use EasyTick for illegal or prohibited activities.

3. Fees & Payments

• EasyTick charges a transparent fee per ticket sold, plus payment processing fees.
• All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

4. Event Organizer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate event information and honor all ticket sales.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Handle attendee data responsibly and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

• Refunds are at the discretion of the event organizer, unless otherwise required by law.
• EasyTick is not responsible for event cancellations or disputes between organizers and attendees.

6. Limitation of Liability

EasyTick is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of EasyTick means you accept the new terms.

9. Affiliate Program

When you sign up with EasyTick, you are automatically enrolled in our affiliate program. You will receive a unique affiliate link that you can share with others. For every ticket sold by a host who signs up using your affiliate link, you will earn 15% of EasyTick's service fee for that ticket. Payouts are processed as soon as they become available and are subject to our standard payment terms.

Impersonating ownership of EasyTick or misrepresenting your affiliation with EasyTick in any way is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate account ban and forfeiture of any pending affiliate payouts.

10. Tax Responsibilities

As a host on EasyTick, you are solely responsible for reporting and submitting your taxes in compliance with your local laws and regulations. EasyTick does not provide tax advice or assume any responsibility for incorrect tax filings or submissions. Sales tax will only be collected when you configure your tax settings in the host dashboard and submit a valid CRA GST/HST number. If you fail to configure your tax settings, no sales tax will be collected.
